Humax Remote Control Problem

Lately we've had calls from people who have purchased a Humax digibox to replace their old digibox but discovered that the remote seems to not work correctly. The problem is not the remote but the digibox itself. There is a clear plastic strip covering the display and sensor, this needs to be removed to allow for perfect use of your Humax digibox.
